I have mentioned in my first post on the 2012 LEGO NINJAGO sets that now the spinners have some kind of insert (as you see on the picture above). I’m still not sure what purpose these serve. Perhaps to stabilize the minifigures a bit more? We shall see…

We have seen a very detailed version of the sword of fire, and Cole’s scythe in the Summer 2012 set appears to be a more detailed dragon version. Although it would be difficult to make more detailed shurikens, the nunchucks are extemely different from the ones in the TV series. What do you guys think?
Ninja, I totally agree! The nunchucks have been a great disappointment. I have seen some really nice ones made by LEGO customizers, and I’m not sure why LEGO didn’t go with a more realistic design. All the other weapons are great!
Can you show cards to and what they do?
Lego has been a little slow with releasing the new Spinjitsu cards on the Ninjago trading card library, epecially compared to its previous waves of spinners.

Saad, Spellcheck comes with most software, When I type if I type a word wrong I get a red dotted line under the misspelled word. So you right click on the red line and the correct spelling comes up. I know English is hard, But I can tell you YOUR English is better than any other language I would try. I only know English and even though it is my 1st language I am a terrible speller and do nottype all that good . So you are doing very well.

As far as the pirates, I assure you that LEGO is not going to talk about it until probably the second part of this year. Please note that leaking information would make the person immediately loose their job. Meaning loosing income for their families and a job they loved. In this economy who would want to risk that for one minute of fame? It is also dangerous for LEGO to have leaked information circulating as competitors try to find what LEGO is planning to release and beat them to their game. Toys are a fierce and brutal marketplace. Unfortunately. 🙁
Also, 2013 is still far away. If LEGO feels like too much info is leaking out, they still have time to change the entire story. I have found that leaks that are about six months before the actual release are pretty accurate. Anything further out than that can be a hit or miss. There may be some truth in it, but it could be full of inaccuracies, or it could be all wrong.
Hunting for news like this is quite fun though, and the more you do it, the more you get a sense of what is real news and what is just a rumor. But I assure you that my friends at LEGO are not going to talk this early. 8)
I know admin i agree with you. there are alot of competetors that could use something thats actually as cool as ninjago. Anybody realize that mega-blocks (which is definately a rip off of lego because it came later) has seemed to have given up to compete? Either way lego has to worry about this new Kreo company, but they seem to be more focused on transformers. I don’t care what happens it’s my life-long dream to be a designer at lego, so if i get the chance i wouldn’t take risks like exposure to the upcoming stuff. I’m a true-blue lego fan 100%!!! 🙂

Parker, yes, but last year only the first two episodes were shown. This time all the episodes will be released, starting on the 11th. I believe new episodes will be revealed each Friday.

I just rewatched episode five, and at the end of part one a spotlight is pointed at the ninjas. I had previously thought this was Samurai X, but I paused the video to discover that it is acctually the heroes’s flying boat. This is evidence that Sensei Wu knows about Samurai X/Nya.
Ninja, yes, that is correct. I don’t think there is any doubt about Samurai-X being Nya. I mean the minifigure is out and it is obviously a female, the Samurai is wearing Nya’s bracelet in Episode 5, and on the ninjago.lego.com website she is listed as one of the heroes and she is shown training in the monastery in full samurai gear. 😉

Saad, yes, it looks like we have different Catalogs. It makes sense as mine also prominently features the LEGO MBA program which is only available in the USA. So it seems necessary for LEGO to make different catalogs for different regions. I wonder if the text in the UK version is a mistake, as I read somewhere (I think it was on the LEGO wiki) that the Ninja of Lightning is going to be Lloyd/Green Ninja. Of course not everything on the LEGO wiki is true and it is constantly edited, but it makes some sense. As far as Episode 6, Xmas Toys is out of town, and he said he can’t post new episodes until he gets back. He is our best resource for further episodes. 😉

Saad, don’t take anything that is said on Brickipedia seriously until you see them with your own eyes. Brickipedia can be edited by anyone at any time. It is not like the folks writing there are insiders. They are just like any of us; find some information on the web and post it. In fact I have found the site full of mistakes. So, always take the information coming from there with a grain of salt. 😉
I agree with you admin, someone probably saw the Green Ninja with the nunchucks of lightning in Zane’s dream, and came to that conclusion.
How can Loyd be the green ninja he is so young and how dos he get all the powers the four ninjas and on his card says in the booster pack he is lighting. And the ninja of lighting wood not give Loyd his nunchucks .
Parker, yes, the questions you bring up are important. It is easy to just say, “Yeah Lloyd is the Green Ninja because I saw the spinner”, but the fact remains there are still many unresolved questions. A good detective wouldn’t just take half the evidence and ignore the rest. That is why I keep advising to keep our minds sharp and keep looking for the answers. 😉

New episodes are two weeks away. January 25 should be the first new episode. Xmas Toys seems to be getting angry with everyone demanding he post videos so the more people run their mouth the longer we will wait to see episode 10.

Saad, I have seen the cards as well. I didn’t post my opinion, because I don’t have one. There are still too many unknown factors to really form an opinion. At least that’s how I feel. 😉
As far as Xmas Toys, it is very likely his account would be suspended if he posts any future episodes. I think LEGO and Cartoon Network has been tolerating him because he only revealed a few episodes, and they didn’t cause any major harm to LEGO or CN, only created some excitement and curiosity. However I believe if he would post all episodes it would be a different story, and both LEGO and CN would go after him. I think that is why he is dragging his feet and finding all kinds of excuses not to reveal the other episodes. But that’s just my hunch on the matter. 😉
The lego ninjago shows comes out each week. It shows the same episode 2 times each week. I think it shows one on Monday and Thursday each week
Teletoon will be playing episodes at 6:30 on Friday nights, but I could not find any full Ninjago Episodes on their site. The Ninjago page only has games on it and the video section only has episodes from Star Wars the Clone Wars, Jonny Test, Ben Ten…

Admin, XmasToys has been posting episodes under different number names, eg. Episode 6 part 1 = Episode 10. I think Dilan means XmasToys’s episode 10 because it is the next one to be released.

I’m sorry but all these “children” posting in this thread lately is driving me nuts. If you don’t have any real questions to ask them please refrain from posting and just read scroll up and read. You will realize the answers to all your mythical “secrets” have been answered months ago.
Scott, sorry about that! I know this post has been taken over by younglings, but I decided to let them be and have their own fun. As long as they remain respectful to each other they can hang out and do their own thing. Actually, they have been very good at monitoring themselves and helping each other out. They are just doing it in their own ways. And if comments get out of hand with too much goofiness and gibberish, I just delete them – but so far there wasn’t much need. As I said; they have been pretty good. Young LEGO fans also need a place to be themselves. 😉
If you are subscribed to this tread and all the kiddie-chatter is driving you nuts, I would suggest to unsubscribe from it and just follow the other Ninjago treads with older commenters. I hope that works for you. And if you have other suggestions on how to keep everyone at peace, just let me know. 🙂

Thank you admin. Most people naturally believe that a person’s blogging skills corispond with their age, but there are probably some ESL people on here as well, and we must be respectful to them. Also, Lego is designed for kids, especially themes like Ninjago, so we should let them have fun with it.
Ninja, that is an excellent point about LEGO being a kids’ toy after all! Something we shouldn’t forget. In fact, we (adults) should be greateful that kids even allow us near “their” LEGO! 😉
And yes, not everyone has English as their first language. Good reminder for all of us! 🙂
It took me a while to realize that this was a blog for younger folks, I don’t mind most of it but it seems they could conduct some of this on their on own. Like there own blog but I get it sent and read fast in case ADMIN or someone comes up with something that catches my eye to follow up on. I do hope you younger one’s pay as much attention to school work and to Lego work !! lol
VIE, the target audience for theBrickBlogger is actually adult LEGO fans, not children. It is only this post that has been taken over by kids. TheBrickblogger ranks on the first and second pages of Google for all Ninjago-related search-terms, so we do get a lot of visitors on the topic, and because Ninjago is particularly popular with kids (most adults can’t relate to the theme at all – LOL!), therefore the influx of children on these posts. If there is any important news in regards to Ninjago, I will post it as a new article, so it is totally safe to unsubscribe from this one and still stay in the loop. 😉
I don’t mind the young people commenting, I just could do without the “I like jay” or the “me too’ comments. I have it set up to email me when each new comment happens and sometimes it’s just a bunch of 2-3 word “I like pizza” type comments with no value at all.
Scott, yeah, if you are subscribed to this post, it could drive you nuts! I’m subscribed also for moderating purposes and I know the feeling. 😯
I will try to keep it more tidy and let the kids know if there are too many “I like pizza!”, “Me too!” comments. 😉
BTW, if there is any significant news about Ninjago I always write a new post, so you won’t miss out if you unsubscribe from this one. 🙂

Saad, at the bottom of each email you get on the post, there should be a link to manage your subscription. I just checked and you are only subscribed to this one post, so it should be just one click. If you have trouble figuring it out I can also take you off. Just let me know. 😉
I suggest that you subscribe to the main mailing list (top left corner of the website). This will send you one email only on days I post anything new (which is usually 5 times a week). In addition you can subscribe to comments on post you are really interested in (or you are asking a question and want to get notified when there is a response), and you can always unsubscribe if you no longer want to read the comments on that particular post. You can also ask me to remove you (just let me know which post) as I have access to everyone’s subscriptions. Hope this helps! 🙂

i dont know what i did i tryed erasing it off by deleating the e mail adress and my name but it did not work it kept on popping back up.
Lloyd, I’m not sure what you mean. Leaving a comment (by filling in your user name and email address) is not the same thing as subscribing to comments. You need to check the little box below the comment to subscribe and receive everyone else’s responses. I did not see your email address on the comment subscription list, so it doesn’t seem like you are subscribed to comments. You should not be receiving any email notifications when someone else comments on the post.
Your computer will still fill in your name and email address every time you want to comment, but this doesn’t mean you will receive an email notification with everyone else’s responses. If you are not subscribed, you won’t get email notifications, but you can still comment as much as you want. However just remember that if you ask a question, you will need to come back to the website and check to see if anyone responded as you will not be notified by email.

Lloyd, that is correct. If you have never checked the little box to receive comment updates via email, you are not on the comment update list and you are not receiving emails for comment updates. The very fact that you see that notification means that you never signed up for it. If you are signed up you would see a different message which says “manage your subscription”. 😉

i have heard about a set coming out that has all four ninjas in NRG form and pythor! however i forgot what its called.does anyone know what its name is and how much it is??
Plz,admin tell me in Jays ZX spinner set,it had no spinner and no crown,so i used jay DX spinner and crown from the back wheel of coles tread,it says you have to attach three parts of a blade on the bottom.Please tell me how to get those blades on! its super hard,please,i beg of you,admin or any other person,please tell me
Jay, please note that bottom spinner-attachments would only attach to the new spinners (ZX spinners). The old spinners are designed differently so you cannot attach blades, chains, and other weapons. Hope this answers your question. 😉

Jaylightning ninja I am a big jay fan. What you have to do is (i think for now) put the crown on the dx spinner. The booster pack shows how to put it all together

As far as I know NRG refers to energy, and a ninja reaching his or her full potential. Zane is the one who unlocks his full potential first, after learning about his past. We should know more as episodes get released and the story continues to unfold. Stay tuned! 😉
