Huge LEGO Iron Man The Hulkbuster Coming!

Today, the LEGO Group is excited to announce its latest LEGO Marvel Studios release, the #76210 LEGO Iron Man The Hulkbuster set, featuring Iron Man as he appeared in the mega-hit film Infinity Saga – Age of Ultron.

Consisting of 4,049 pieces and standing at 20.5 inches/52 cm tall, the LEGO Hulkbuster is impressive in size and boasts an incredible amount of detail. The red and gold set depicts the MK44 – the 44th version of the Iron Man suit and features poseable arms, a light brick on the chest, and two light bricks on the hands. There is also an accessible cockpit, which can fit the #76206 LEGO Iron Man Figure released earlier this year. The set also includes a Tony Stark minifigure and an info stand.

This premium and highly collectible massive LEGO set is a great way to show off your passion for superhero films, comic books, and of course Iron Man and The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

The #76210 LEGO Marvel Iron Man Hulkbuster set is going to be available for LEGO VIP members from November 4th, and for everyone else from November 9th. Prices are as follows: RRP €549.99 / $549.99 / £474.99. For more information, visit the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes section of the Online LEGO Shop.

While the size is impressive, strangely, I liked the smaller one better. There is something about the chest area I don’t like so much.

Damn, that’s tall! I like how they did the legs. But I agree with the commenter above about the upper body.

Hmm, too big for me, although at least it’s not a gray slab like many Star Wars ships…

Apparently, the size and proportions were partially picked to include that play feature with the buildable Iron Man riding the Hulkbuster, although that necessitated some concessions with the actual proportions of the mech.

Then, as it has been noted, the original proportions of the Hulkbuster were unrealistic to begin with. Tony Stark wouldn’t fit in it in a realistic manner, as portrayed in the movie.

This set is cool and all. But with the financial difficulties people have (or maybe to have later on). Lego is really pushing the limits for there consumers. Very risking for a business. 🤔 i know the holidays are businesses golden egg. A lot of sales and a lot of customers hopefully spending lots of money.. I`m sure Lego will do fine. It’s just a curious though the way things are going these days. THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS.😀 LALALAA!

This is a niche set for a small number of buyers. There still is a large number of smaller sets released for average middle-class families.

One analysis I’ve seen is that these bigger sets might be somewhat of an “experiment” since the company is doing so well. Some other experiments, such as Vidiyo and the Queer Eye Apartment, seem to have sold quite poorly, though. I guess QE wasn’t extremely ‘overpriced’, as much as it proved too niche, however…

Yeah, good points. One issue I feel is that LEGO fansites and forums often focus on the biggest sets. This creates cravings and disappointments as most of us don’t have the money and/or the room to own many of these (if any). But there are still plenty of excellent small to medium sets like you mentioned.

Yeah… All of these lifestyle ad photos show people with a massive amount of available free space, though… Possibly since they don’t cover up every little nook and cranny with Lego… =D
