LEGO Ideas all started in 2008 with a – well – LEGO idea! For 15 years, it’s been a space for fans to build a community, share their ideas, and even see their dream sets made in real life. Back then, no one could have predicted how unique the sets would be and how many would make brick history. Hooray for the dozens of sets (over 50!), millions of members, and infinite submissions that have made LEGO Ideas what it is. To celebrate a decade and a half of unfiltered brick creativity, the LEGO Ideas team wants to give one lucky LEGO Ideas fan the ultimate prize. Contest details below.
To enter this LEGO Ideas contest, show what LEGO Ideas means to you in brick-built form. You can create whatever you like and there is only one rule: it must include the number 15 somewhere in your model.
One lucky LEGO fan will win the following: A 3-day 2-night trip for 2 people to Billund, Denmark – the Home of the Brick – with a variety of activities and tours including two spots on the LEGO Fan Tour (specific dates in 2024 to be confirmed). The Fan Tour includes tours of the Billund LEGO factory, Ole Kirk Kristiansen’s home (also known as the Idea House), the LEGO House, the LEGO Campus tour, and lunch plus a “meet and greet” with the LEGO Ideas team. In addition, the winner will also receive 15 different LEGO Ideas sets, including the #21338 LEGO Ideas A-Frame Cabin, the #21339 LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite, the #21340 LEGO Ideas Tales of the Space Age, the #21341 LEGO Ideas Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage, the #21342 LEGO Ideas Insect Collection, and the #21343 LEGO Ideas Viking Village, as well as a brick-built trophy.
The deadline to enter the contest is December 5th at 6:00 a.m. EST. If you’re interested in participating, head over to the LEGO Ideas contest page to read the detailed challenge rules and get started! Have fun and good luck! And if you would like to discuss the contest or have any questions, feel free to share in the comment section below!

Wow. Awesome prizes. So they pay for tickets too?
Airplane tickets, yeah, it seems like that, although the dates might not be very flexible.
Whoa! What?! Great contest! I’m going to tell my building buddies see if we can come up with something!
Is there a picture of the taxi?
Sorry. Wrong thread.
If I were LEGO, I would only release one massive set like this per year. Or maybe two. It’s just impossible to keep up with so many awesome sets.
It would be a smart business model, if the dang massive sets didn’t insist on getting sold…
