LEGO just added an interesting upcoming set to the LEGO Icons section of the Online LEGO Shop. The #10363 LEGO Icons Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine comes with 325 pieces and will retail for $49.99 starting on January 1st of next year.
The set features a detailed model of da Vinci’s visionary ornithopter with an open airframe with flappable textile-covered wings driven by a visible interplay of string, hinges, and pulleys. The model flying machine measures over 10 in. (25 cm) high, 11.5 in. (29 cm) long and 13.5 in. (35 cm) wide.
The set also includes a display stand and an exclusive Leonardo da Vinci minifigure holding a quill and sketch.
This will be a fantastic little display piece at home or in an office space and an excellent conversation starter.

I used to build models like this with my Dad. Great memories! I will definitely pick this up.
