LEGO recently opened up the online version of the Minifigure Factory that’s normally available at official LEGO stores. Please note that they are still putting the final touches on this service, so some parts and features may not be available. There is a limit of one minifigure per household at this time for the price of $11.99. You may also find that the page is unavailable from time to time to implement updates and tweaks.
The Minifigure Factory basically lets you personalize and order your own LEGO minifigure. You can choose from a variety of minifigure heads, headwear, torsos, legs, and accessories. While creating your minifigure, look for the ‘Customize a torso’ button where you can really get creative with different designs, and patterns, and even add some text!
Because the online version of the service is still very new, there is a somewhat limited selection of parts, but otherwise, it is working quite well. As you can see below, I managed to recreate theBrickBlogger.com logo without too much difficulty and placed an order for my minifig.
It’s possible that LEGO won’t fulfill my order, as according to their FAQ section, they are not allowing third-party logos, names of organizations, or trademarks on their customized LEGO minifigures. It’s also worth noting that they don’t let the use of profanities, vulgar references, hate speech, etc., although I have seen some LEGO fans getting pretty creative getting around these limitations which may or may not affect the future of this service.
To get the best Minifigure Factory experience, make sure you are using a modern browser that has been tested by the team. The service currently supports the most popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Minifigure Factory orders will be sent with the same costs and delivery time as normal Online LEGO Shop orders. If you ordered a LEGO set alongside your minifigure, you should receive both together. To order your own custom minifig, visit the Minifigure Factory at the Online LEGO Shop.

Hmm, as far as I have understood, this was a US-only venture.
Also, when Just2Good tried it out for YouTube, it seems to have been pretty buggy. but the worst snags might have been tweaked out by now…
I just tried this and it went without a glitch. 12 bucks for a minifig is expensive, but I never had a chance to get one at a Lego store, so I splurged a little. 😀
Wow. Admin, tell us if you get your minifig. I love it! And how did you add your logo? I didn’t see a way to upload your own images.
You are correct, you can’t upload your own logos. I just recreated it as closely as possible with the text options available in Minifigure Factory. 😉
Just wanted to let you know, I did get my minifig. 😀
I’m curious if you will get your minifig. It’s clever that you used the letters to create the logo. Of course, not everyone can do that with theirs depending on the design.
Yep, I got it! 😀
Everything is awesome!
