LEGO PAC-MAN Arcade Video-Review

I know many of you are interested in the recently released #10323 LEGO ICONS PAC-MAN Arcade set, so I thought to share with you the video-review by JANGBRiCKS. It’s an interesting build, and the play-features are especially impressive. Take a look below.

This LEGO replica of the iconic maze-chase cabinet arcade game is loaded with retro design details and fun features, including a four-way joystick and an illuminating coin slot. You can turn the handle to activate a mechanical maze that simulates the classic chase between your favorite characters or open the back panel to view the mechanical elements. And there’s is also a small vignette of a female minifigure playing PAC-MAN on an arcade hidden inside the cabinet, plus a display case with rotatable PAC-MAN, BLINKY and CLYDE figures.

It’s really interesting to see how the model works, isn’t it? The model measures 12.5 in. (32 cm) high, 10 in. (25 cm) wide, and 7 in. (17 cm) deep, and the set comes with 2,651 pieces.

If you’re interested, the #10323 LEGO PAC-MAN Arcade set is currently available at the LEGO Icons section of the Online LEGO Shop. And if you like retro designs, a couple of other sets you might consider are the #71374 Icons LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System, the #10306 LEGO Icons Atari 2600, and the #71395 LEGO Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block. They are also available at the LEGO Icons section of the Online LEGO Shop.

What do you think? How do you like the LEGO PAC-MAN set now that you had a chance to see the play-features in action? Feel free to share and discuss in the comment section below!

Wow. I didn’t realize it moved like that! Very cool!

Both this and the NES are worth building, I think. The complexity is mind blowing!

It’s better than I expected! They don’t do designer videos anymore? I read the press release but I don’t think it made it clear how cool the mechanical parts are. This is really cool.

I might have bought the minifig-scale model as a polybag, but the main set is too big for my tastes… @_@
